About Caroline

Caroline has been a Registered General Nurse for over twenty five years. She is a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist and is an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. She has many years of experience of working with individuals and families affected by disability and chronic health conditions.

On your initial visit you will explore your current issues, Caroline will enquire about background history and establish the focus of therapy. If you decide you would like to continue you would then meet weekly for as long as you felt was helpful. Your appointments would be on a regular time and day each week. Should you need to cancel your appointment 48 hours notice would be needed otherwise the full fee for the session would be charged.

Special Needs Counselling Service is based in Colchester within easy reach of the town centre, bus routes, train station and car parks. However if your health or caring needs are such that attending appointments would be difficult Caroline may also be able to arrange home visit appointments. Please call for more information.
